Today at work I was thinking about my future and where I will be! And of course, do I need to be in this job in future! No, I want to do a lot of things and I want to try a new thing and because of work I don’t have time for anything. So, I just start to write this blog about future! Our future.
Work and jobsare the basis of progress and development in society, whether for institutions, companies or individuals. Also, in the case of developments in various fields in the world in general, jobs have great value in all societies and countries in which countries and societies rise. However, the quality of jobs in the future is different from now for reasons of development and keeping pace with the era of Modern technology “artificial intelligence” may enhance the development of the state and society, but there are positives and negatives in my opinion:
Positives: –
1- Improving the level of jobs.
2- Save time and effort.
3- Increase production efficiency.
4- Reducing human errors.
Negatives:
1- The threat and impact of society is met by its complete dependence on technology.
2- Lack of human creativity.
3- Reducing job opportunities and increasing the unemployment rate.
4- Increased human laziness.
5- It threatens the mental and psychological health of humans.
Future jobs are among the things that concern all young people, as they are the goal that they always strive for and they aspire to obtain the future profession that they wish to practice. Therefore, they must overcome all the difficulties and adventures that they are exposed to in life until this goal is achieved.
The main reason of future jobs will be critical of current discussions of stakeholders is the digital transformation and market rapid response to changing market.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been transforming in how businesses run, to be more resilient by having accurate production of profit or loss for any market action. AI changed the jobs market by not relying on humans for some of the jobs such as finance, content creating, and music. AI replaced the need to wait for a human freelancer to create a content creation and replaced by an AI to generate a content personalized to the specific enquiry within minutes. For example, videos, images, artistic drawings, internal design, music including vocals as well. It is true that AI will replace humans in specific tasks and jobs, however it will create a huge opportunity for new jobs in the market that do not rely on mundane operations, such as AI engineers or AI enquiry engineer in that relevant sector. Many sectors started to adopted AI heavily within the human resources and mandate existing employees to learn and train about AI to ensure their resilience in the human resources market. Example of that, AI training programs that are open for government employees to signup, learn and apply AI skills in their daily work.
